All our products are quality assured which makes Suburban Waterproofing approved applicators of leading manufacturers Bond M and ABE Construction Materials. Where possible all materials used are environmentally friendly and hazardous materials are disposed of as directed by government legislation.
Health and Safety
The following statement is a declaration of Suburban Waterproofing intent concerning compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1993 and subsequent regulations in the interest of health, safety and welfare at work.
We recognize and accept our responsibilities to ensure so far as is reasonably possible, a safe and healthy working environment. Occupational Health and Safety norms are an integral part of our business performance and our aim is to achieve high standards throughout each business unit.
To this end, the company will take all reasonably practical steps to provide and maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. Procedures have been put in place to monitor activities and are maintained in line with the companies Quality Assurance Management System.
We will continue to undertake our operations in a way that will provide a safe and healthy working environment and avoid risk to anyone due to our activities. We will also strive to minimize the impact that our services and activities may have on the environment as a whole.
To discharge our health and safety responsibility equal priority will be given to that of any other statutory duty.
Every employee has a part to play in the implementation of the company’s health and safety policy and in particular has a duty to take care of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts and/or omissions and to co-operate to ensure the highest levels of safety is maintained.
Employees will be given every encouragement to work safely and will be provided with such information, training and supervision, correct PPE and workmanship compensation, as is reasonably necessary to enable them to do so.
Arrangements will be made to ensure that our policy documents are appropriately implemented and monitored.
Quality Assurance
At Suburban Waterproofing we understand that our goal of zero defects in all our operations can only be reached if an effective quality assurance system is in place throughout the company.
Suburban Waterproofing operates a Quality Assurance Management System (QAMS).
In addition, on site installation of our systems are carried out in strict accordance with the company guidelines.
All our suppliers are made aware of the requirements within our quality assurance plan and where possible we use preferred suppliers (Bond M & ABE) who have regulated quality procedures and are approved.
